Share Your Story

Everyone has a story, and yours may help someone feel less alone.

At HM2 Buck for Hope, we believe that speaking out about experiences with sexual assault, suicide loss, or mental health struggles can create understanding, connection, and hope. If you feel ready, we invite you to share your story in your own words. You may remain anonymous if you choose.

There’s no right or wrong way to share. You can write as much or as little as you’re comfortable with. Some stories may be featured on our website or social media (only if you give us permission), to help others who may be walking a similar path.

Thank you for trusting us with your voice.
Your story matters.

Ways You Can Share Your Story

Everyone expresses themselves differently, so we offer a few options.
Choose whatever feels right for you:

  • Write your story (any length — short or long)
  • Record a short video (1–3 minutes)
  • Record an audio message (1–3 minutes)

All formats are welcome. Share only what you’re comfortable with — and remember, you can remain anonymous.
